## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to seven guests. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, with access to a private balcony overlooking the Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Three main bedrooms each have a king-size bed, blackout shades, closets, bedside reading lights and bed linen. An additional maid's room has a single bed, toilet and shower; two extra single floor mattresses are provided in the living room. There are also two bathrooms with showers and toilets and a separate toilet. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils. The dining table seats up to eight and has balcony access.

Guests have complimentary access to the building gym, shared swimming pool and other building facilities, plus private beach access using an entry card for the beach club at the doorstep. The pool has a published maintenance closure until 30 November. Amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, a washing machine, dryer, elevator, outdoor grill, iron and ironing board, electronic safe, board games and a baby crib. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee and a 24-hour concierge service are provided. Security facilities include surveillance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. A salon, laundry services and supermarket are also nearby.

Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur an AED200.00 replacement charge. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fees.
