House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur a replacement charge of AED200.00 per card.
