House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only and must not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the dancing fountains and the metro station are a five-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
