The apartment has a living room with a sofa, pillows, smart TV and coffee table, plus a dining table and balcony access. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided. There are two bathrooms; bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet, hair dryer, towels and essential toiletries.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and access to the building's gym, pool and other facilities.
