House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking will result in an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; attractions and the metro are a five-minute walk away. Building renovations may cause loud drilling and construction noise during the day.
