House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Metro are steps away. A neighboring-apartment maintenance notice schedules work from 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00, except Sundays and public holidays, with completion scheduled by 15 October 2025. Noisy activities are avoided from 08:00–10:00 and 13:00–15:00 on regular days and prohibited on Saturdays.
