House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
Getting there
Burj Vista is across the road from Burj Khalifa, with an indoor bridge to Dubai Mall and a direct link to the Metro. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
