## About the house

The apartment accommodates eight guests, with three main bedrooms, a maid’s room and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. The maid’s room has a single bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. Bedding, blackout shades, closets, hangers and bedside reading lights are provided.

The living area includes a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. A dining table and balcony complement the fully equipped kitchen, which has quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower and bathtub, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Guests have complimentary access to the building’s infinity pool, gym and other building facilities, together with private beach access. Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided. There is a 24-hour concierge service, air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, an electronic safe and an elevator. A crib and high chair are available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

The apartment is near Dubai Marina. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; a salon, laundry services and a supermarket are also in the surrounding area.
