House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at check-out. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Direct access to a private beach is available at the property. Dubai Marina is a 10-minute drive away; Palm Jumeirah and JBR are 15 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes away. Sheikh Zayed Road is easily accessible. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
