House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Opera and the Opera District are steps away. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro is a five-minute walk away; the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
