House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Easy access to Umm Suqeim and Hessa Street. Nearby bus routes connect to the Metro, and taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available. Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall are a 10–15-minute drive away. Dubai International Airport is 25 minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
