House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
Getting there
JLT Metro Station is 10 minutes away; Marina Mall is 1.5 km away; Ibn Battuta Mall is a 10-minute drive away. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
