House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Dubai Mall is a 10-minute walk away, with direct access through Dubai Mall–Zabeel. Souk Al Bahar and Dubai Opera are a 15-minute walk away. Sheikh Zayed Road is a 5-minute drive away. Business Bay is 10 minutes away and DIFC is 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away.
