The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, a living room with a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, a dining table and balcony access. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have a king-size bed. Bedroom furnishings include linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. There are two bathrooms; bathroom fittings and supplies include a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries.

The equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold running water, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, sound system and electronic safe are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.
