House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.
