Submit soft copies of guests' passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

Dubai Mall, the Dancing Fountains and Burj Khalifa are a five-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, and a metro station is nearby.
