House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.

JBR Beach and Marina Walk are steps away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, with easy access to the metro.
