House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.
Getting there
On Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard; Dubai Mall is a 4–6-minute walk away and Dubai Opera is a 2–5-minute walk away. Burj Park and The Dubai Fountain are about a five-minute walk away. The shared pool is closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
