There are two bathrooms, with a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer among the facilities.

The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold running water, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Air conditioning, a washing machine, linens, hangers, an iron and an electronic safe are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. The building has an elevator.

Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are complimentary. Guests have complimentary access to the gym, shared building pool and other building facilities. The pool has Burj Khalifa views but is temporarily closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
