House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.

Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is 10 minutes away; Burj Khalifa is 25 minutes away.
