Soft copies of guest passports are required before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only; commercial use is not permitted. Access cards must be returned in good condition. Lost-card replacement costs AED 600. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of indoor smoking incurs additional charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The apartment is near the Metro and Tram, and minutes from Dubai Marina Mall. Restaurants, supermarkets, salons and laundry services are steps away.
