House rules
Submit soft copies of guests' passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
