House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking results in a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach is steps away. Active construction close to the property may cause noticeable noise. The gym, pool and other building amenities cannot be accessed from 30 through 31 May 2026.
