House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Direct beach access at Emaar Beachfront. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and JBR are nearby, with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road.
