Guests must submit digital passport copies before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach is steps away; The Walk, Dubai Marina and Bluewaters are nearby. Construction and drilling in the building or nearby area may be audible on working days from 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00.
