## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to seven guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The living area has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table; a dining table and balcony access are also provided. Sleeping amenities include pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, trays, glasses and cutlery. There are two bathrooms; bathroom amenities include a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, towels and essential toiletries.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee, and access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. Air conditioning, a washing machine, elevator, iron and electronic safe are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
