House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation use only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach is steps away. Restaurants and shopping are nearby along The Walk. Ongoing construction in the building or nearby area can cause heavy noise on working days, from 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00.
