Maximum occupancy is four guests. A refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required before check-in. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors, and avoid disturbing noise during arrival, departure and throughout the stay. Children under 14 require supervision in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
