Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential guest stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00.
