House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Replacement of lost access cards costs AED600.00.

Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are steps away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
