Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Public transportation is easily accessible. The balcony has partial views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
