The apartment accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second sleeping area has two single beds, and the living room has two sofa beds. Sleeping areas include pillows, linens, sheets, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. The living room also has a smart TV and coffee table, and the dining area has balcony access.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel cooking appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror and toilet, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided. Guests have complimentary access to the building gym, swimming pool and other building facilities. The pool is closed from 22 September through 31 October. Air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, iron, electronic safe, elevator and baby crib are available.
