Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

JBR Beach is 300 m away; Dubai Marina is 200 m away. The tram stop is 350 m away and DMCC Metro Station is 850 m away. A supermarket is 30 m away; nearby grocery stores and restaurants are within a four-minute walk. The gym is temporarily closed for maintenance until 31 October 2026.
