Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00.

JBR Beach and Marina Walk are a ten-minute walk away. Sobha Realty Metro station is an eight-minute walk away, and Marina Mall is a fifteen-minute walk away. The apartment is directly on Marina Promenade with easy access to Dubai Tram and Sheikh Zayed Road.
