Guests must submit digital passport copies before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Beach access is available. Dubai Festival City and Downtown Dubai are easily accessible.
