## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Bedding, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights are provided. A baby crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils. There is a dining table and access to the balcony. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, vanity, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer.

Air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Indoor smoking is prohibited and incurs cleaning charges if evidence of smoking is found. Access cards must be returned in good condition; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
