House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
Getting there
Safa Park is steps away. Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 10 minutes away. City Walk and Jumeirah Beach are nearby. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
