The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Safa Park is steps away, and Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 10 minutes away. Nearby destinations include City Walk for dining and shopping, and Jumeirah Beach.

Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, elevator, free parking, air conditioning, wireless internet and a washing machine. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea maker, utensils, cooking basics and wine glasses. A dining table, TV, linens, iron, clothing storage and safe are provided. Bathroom amenities include a bathtub, bidet, hot water, hair dryer and toiletries. A baby crib and high chair are available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets and parties are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
