The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, and a dining area with balcony access. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two single beds. An additional single floor mattress is provided in the living room. Sleeping areas have pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and reading lights. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, towels and essential toiletries.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island, plus a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils. Air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, an electronic safe and a baby crib are provided. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided. Guests have complimentary access to the building gym, shared pool and other building facilities.
