House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Nearby construction operates 24/7 and may cause noise. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Dubai Mall is four minutes away, Burj Khalifa three minutes away and Dubai Opera two minutes away. The shared pool is closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
