Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Creek Marina, Harbour Promenade and Central Park are a five-minute walk away. Creek Gate Tower bus stop is a two-minute walk away, as are the nearest grocery stores and restaurants.
