The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, contemporary furnishings, spacious interiors and natural light. Its private balcony overlooks the marina. Restaurants, cafés and shops are nearby, with easy access to Marina Walk and JBR.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, free parking, an elevator and a private entrance. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, utensils and cooking basics, alongside a dining table. A washing machine, iron and drying rack are available.

Other amenities include a TV, linens, clothing storage, a safe, hair dryer, bathtub, bidet, hot water, toiletries and cleaning products. A baby crib and high chair are available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Maximum four guests. Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily; guests must avoid disturbing neighbors at all times, especially 22:00–08:00. Parties and pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
