House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall and the fountains are a seven-minute walk away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a four-minute walk away. Air-conditioning maintenance on 4–6 November 2026 may cause temporary service disruptions.
