The apartment accommodates five guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. Bedroom furnishings include linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets, hangers and bedside reading lights. The living area has a smart TV, PlayStation 5, sofa and coffee table, with a dining table and balcony access.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. There are two bathrooms; bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower and bathtub, with towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided, along with access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. Air conditioning, a washing machine, elevator, iron, electronic safe and baby crib are available. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
