## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to eight guests and has a contemporary open-plan layout, a living room with a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, a dining table, and a spacious balcony with city views. A PS5 with two controllers, board games, an electronic safe, a baby crib, and complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided.

The master bedroom has one king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two king-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional floor mattresses are available in the living room. Both bedrooms have pillows, linens, sheets, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet and bidet, with towels, a hair dryer and essential toiletries.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Guests have complimentary access to the building's shared swimming pool, gym and other facilities, including a children's play area.
