House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out. Replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are a 10-minute walk away. Dubai Opera, Burj Park and Dubai Fountain are steps away.
