Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Port Rashid Marina, the QE2 Hotel and harbor cafes are a 5–7-minute walk away. Restaurants, supermarkets and the canal pool are within a short walk. Active construction in the immediate vicinity operates 24/7 and may cause significant noise throughout the day and evening.
