Submit soft copies of guests' passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. No smoking indoors; evidence of smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; lost-card replacement costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.
