House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential use only; commercial business operations are not permitted. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of smoking may result in odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout. Lost or damaged cards incur a replacement fee of AED 600.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are within a two-minute walk. Renovation in the apartment above is scheduled until December 10, with work from 08:00 to 19:00; noise may occur during those hours.
