Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential guest stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
